Geotechnical Project Management

We undertake interim project management roles for Consulting and Contracting clients involved in the following:-

Civil Engineering Earthworks Contaminated Land Remediation Ground Investigation Foundation Engineering Earthworks Assessments Slope Stabilisation Contract Documents Tender Preparation Contract Claims

These project management roles are normally short term and are generally based on site.

Our Project Managers will be qualified geotechnical engineers or civil engineers with many years experience.

We may be required to undertake a supervisory role as Resident Engineer on behalf of a client or a hands-on Project Management role on behalf of a contractor.

We are experienced in the preparation of contract documents, tendering, and the management of contract claims or compensation events.

We have managed projects on behalf of clients with contract values in excess of £10 million.
